The position reports directly to the Director – SC Planning and Analysis. The SC Planning and Analysis Team provides metrics to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the NetSuite Pre-Sales Solution Consulting (SC) organization’s financial and tactical business objectives. In addition, the SC Planning and Analysis team is responsible for communicating and training the organization on metrics related business practices and processes.
Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives
Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities
Develop monthly and quarterly productivity reports for the SC Executive Management team
Pull ad-hoc reports for teams as required
Manage and analyze highly confidential information
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Sales Operations, Sales Planning and Analysis, Global SC Teams, and Shared Services, in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing
Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on metrics practices and processes
Requires Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
3-5 years experience performing data analysis
3 years in a comparable position in CRM, ERP and Ecommerce applications
Previous user or administrative experience in one or more of the following desired:
NetSuite, DOMO, and/or Tableau
Previous experience with financial planning & analysis
Previous experience working with confidential information
Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively within a high pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work well in fast paced and deal with changing priorities
Must have intermediate/advanced computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations.
Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations. Reviews capital expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Performs regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets. Evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives. Effectively incorporates client delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses. May develop sales quote tools.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred.
