The Quality Management Analyst is a vital member of our mission.

In this role you will be responsible for performing clerical and reporting activities to support the Quality Management department. Reporting activities may include data collection, data entry and processing as well as report creation for the use in decision making.

  • Manage clinical databases to support quality improvement work.

  • Aggregate and analyze data.

  • Develop methods of transforming data into actionable information (e.g. run charts, Pareto charts, etc).

  • Demonstrate understanding of the clinical and financial significance of data and its use to support Quality Management functions.

  • Analyze reports and provide advice related to identified patterns, trends, and statistical significance.

  • Participate in education related to performance improvement.

  • Maintain current knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements and their application in operational processes.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with associates and peers to support departmental activities.

  • Collaborate and communicate with Quality Management and other department personnel to interpret, analyze and optimize reports.

  • Function as a resource (e.g. report build and analysis) to facility staff and stakeholders.

Minimum required:

High school diploma/GED and one year previous experience in Performance Improvement, Quality Management activities or clinical data analysis.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree.
